Been meaning to write this review as I rarely do, but extreme times call for extreme measures. This hotel doesn't deserve to be called 5-star, I honestly think someone paid someone off to get that rating... Had 2 rooms for a family trip because of aforementioned 5-star rating and the area to things we wanted to visit. The location is probably the only decent thing about the place and maybe the restaurant inside. Decor is very dated and dark. I'm not dinging the place for that because it's a very intentional style choice, but just be aware. Bathroom sink has a strange design where the water pools in the corner of the sink and doesn't drain. The biggest problem is that the rooms are FILTHY. Room had had carpets that were filled with stains. Pillow cases and sheets had small dark stains. But the absolute worst thing is that the "fresh" towels/robe had this massive brown stain that looked like dried blood or something. One of my family members also tried to hang their pants on one of the hangers and some chemical (?) on the hanger transferred to the pants and absolutely ruined them. I was livid, but since this was booked by a family member I had to temper my complaints to management. I have never experienced this in any hotel in any city, let alone one that claims itself "5 star". For reference, we stayed at Maison-Albar and Park Hyatt Vendome in the same stay and they were light years ahead. I obviously can't claim this experience for everyone, but stay at your own risk.

Great service, everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Good location, nice hotel. To improve: breakfast was a bit of a disappointment (we booked through booking and chose the option with breakfast included) as it only includes coffee / tea, juice, yogurt, bread, croissant, pain au chocolat and some jams. The rooms are quite big, the bathroom extremely comfortable.

A real bad experience, when I arrived, the room smelled musty. I rented a Loft suite, the air conditioning wasn't working. They sent six people to check, and in the end, they offered me a fan which I declined. I had booked this room for six nights. Ultimately, I cancelled after just one night. The spa and restaurant were closed, which makes no sense to me. The only positive point was the friendly employee who welcomed me and deducted €120 from the first night's amount. I ended up leaving for another hotel for the rest of my stay.
