We spent a week at this family run, amazing, lovable, warm and cozy hotel in Zell Am See and we would recommend it to absolutely everyone looking to have a relaxed quality stay here. Our main purpose was a family ski holiday so our expectations were more focused around the activity and not much else. However, apart from the amazing skiing, we were happily surprised to see that Stadt Wien surpassed our wants and needs. The staff is friendly and attentive at all times, the food is delightful, nutritious, delicious and well thought through. The Spa area is excellent and the pool just blissful - our boys particularly loved swimming in the outdoors heated pool, then rolling in the snow and back in the hot water. Breakfast was outstanding surpassing the standards of a 5 star hotel. The family management style of the hotel is felt in every little detail, gusts are seen as friends and not just clients. One gets the sense of a relaxed, friendly and warm hospitality at the Stadt Wien and for us this is the true success of the place - you feel welcomed, every day at any hour. We will certainly visit again.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet area but close to the center. Extremely spacious rooms, large and beautiful swimming pool. Kudos to the chefs for the delicious and varied food. The hotel has a family atmosphere and each guest is treated individually.
