We had a nice stay at the Stanza. This is a 3 star hotel and not a 4 as advertised but that's pretty easy to tell from the pictures. The rooms and building are quite dated but it is nice and clean. We had the pleasure of being served by Libia all week and she always left our rooms spotless and well stocked. My complaints about the hotel and our rooms would be how loud they can be, you can hear conversations perfectly even from down the hall if your door is closed. This woke me up several times on the louder nights. The wifi was surprisingly poor for a CDMX hotel. The rooms were very dim, this can easily be remedied with some brighter energy efficient LED bulbs. My likes were, the staff, everyone treated us with courtesy and respect, always greeted with a smile. The unlimited hot water in the shower was lovely.

The location is amazing. Great location for Uber request, centrally located to everything. Lots of restaurants near by, tons of coffee shops and great tacos! Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were a little dated, but clean and in order.

The hotel rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. There are safe deposit boxes in the rooms which are very convenient. They also conveniently offer laundry services. There is a restaurant in the first floor which conveniently offers late night room service. The hotel is located in a nice, safe and walkable neighborhood where you will find everything from bars, restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies.
