Room is acceptable and clean but don’t expect so much on the view and internet connection. Front desk staff is friendly so that is a plus

Good experience staying here as its clean but just bedsheets a bit old and bring your own toiletries as they didnt provide but worry less there is a convenient store and mamak surrounding. It takes bout 20mins (1.2km) by walking to Jonker Street. Parking is free. overall its good

WiFi signal at 2nd floor may get cut off intermittently. They have HBO surprisingly. air con and heater were okay. We stayed in room 214 which was too close to the back alley. at 2am we were woken up by the rubbish truck and at 5 am by the crow calling. other than that location has many eateries and quite near too jonker street. free parking in front and around the hotel for those who drive

This hotel increase the price out of sudden, from rm98 to rm140 with a very very small room but without windows and small space. The malay staff force me to do online banking sedangkan i sudah dekat stadhuys melaka. *NOT RECOMMENDED, STAFF DOESN'T REFUND AFTER I COMPLAIN!!! IT'S NOT MY FAULT, IT'S THEIR FAULT BUT I NEED TO PAY THAT EXTRA!!! EVERYONE MUST BE CAREFUL OF THIS SCAMMER HOTEL!!!!*

Staff is so rude. They didnt tell about the details of the room. This is the very bad hotel . Really not recommend this hotel. They shoukd know that cdtomer is always right. If they cant give what guest want, i really think they should give some solution. Bcs it is their worked. They didnt give an idea but keep showing her rude. Very bad behaviour. Malay girl wearing tudung but so rude.
