I booked this hotel for my father to stay in, as I was getting ready to leave Tokyo. Dad enjoyed the room - he said that it was a good size. His room had a queen sized bed and a hide-a-bed couch. The bathroom was nearly Western-sized. For certain, it was cleaner than many hotels that we have stayed in in the west. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants all around, and close proximity to Ikebukuro Station.

Location is very convenient, just 1-2 min away from station. Room is pretty big compared to other hotel nearby, only drawback is certain rooms cannot receive WiFi signal. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful.
