Reasonably priced rooms in a great location, walkable to Centro and municipal mercado. As a solo non Spanish speaking female traveler I felt very safe not only in the hotel but also walking around the area even after dark.

I enjoyed my stay here. Front desk people were very nice. They showed me to the room. It’s a very historic building in a older part of the city so there are something’s to see here. Hot water and WiFi worked just fine. Breakfast buffet wasn’t available, I don’t know if it was because of Sunday morning or they discontinued it all together. Cheaper than most other hotels in the city but very nice.

This hotel has a lot of history and is cheaper than other places. However, I don't recommend staying here if you can afford a slightly more expensive place. The rooms don't seem to be as clean as they should be and the wifi is so unreliable that it makes you stay here a bit miserable if you need to use wifi for any work or entertainment reason. It gets a 3/5 for the historical value, but it definitely a hotel with a lot of room for improving.

Friendly staff but not very knowledgeable. They struggled to give some dinner recommendations around the area. The hotel is a little dated, but good location. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants. It's a little scary to walk late at night because there's barely anyone on the street. Rooms are comfortable, maybe new bed sheets and bed covers would improve a lot the small room. Cleanliness was just ok. Can be improved. Price was reasonable too. I would return to the hotel again.
