Really beautiful hotel and gorgeous clean rooms. The room service and restaurant prices are really high. A cocktail for $15 is quite a lot to spend in a small town in Mexico. Overall the place is absolutely beautiful, the pool is lovely and it's super clean and quiet.

Comfortable room. Breakfast was ok but WAY overpriced for the area. Several staff gossiping while we sat with dirty plates, no coffee and poor service. Told Maintenance would come to the room and never did. Ok hotel, but it could be so much better with a few adjustments

The Location is in a really great spot, it has a mall nearby, the government main hall nearby which makes it feel pretty safe, the pool may be a little small in height but the weather in Hermosillo makes the pool warm which is great, it also has a more private jacuzzi, the rooms are really tidy and give this balanced feeling of luxurious but not overwhelming, staff is attentive and kind, would go again if i come back to Hermosillo, plus they gave some great tacos across the corner.
