Enjoyed our stay! We got the front room with street view and we were pleasantly surprised with the room especially for the price. The noise outside is because it's SF - not the hotels fault.

It is an extremely cheap hotel with outstanding customer service in San Francisco. The location would be the strongest side of it, but the staff was friendly and highly accommodating upon my arrival at 8 am. I didn't expect it, but they cleaned my room, made the bed, and changed the towels during my stay. I enjoyed the room as it smelled really clean. Yes, it is dated and definitely not brand new, but it is outstanding for its price and the value that it brings. I had a great stay.

Was told by the front desk employee (he was sweating a lot ) at 3 AM when the bars are just closing with this a non-smoking property I’m smoking out front and they have it where you have to ring the doorbell to enter the property in the evening upon letting me in the sweating man said no more open door again no more and I am a little like whoa but I said OK till win what time 6 AM, 7 AM he tells me 9 AM, so what am I am imprisoned here if I want to have the bed that I paid, for I must restrict myself from life outside of the room unless it’s after 9 AM I’m so confused right now how does this fly?
