The hotel room was not very impressive. everything old needs to be updated. I would not recommend it to a family with a child. Also no hygiene kit was included. Although other hotels are all inclusive. There was no street view from the room although we booked with a street view. Next time we will be more careful when we book a hotel in Seoul.

Do NOT stay here! Haunted vibes. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever booked. We arrived at the hotel lobby less than one hour before check in so we stored our luggage in the lobby and came back about an hour later to check in. The front desk staff was very unfriendly, we were not greeted and she looked as though we were inconveniencing her. We booked a "Deluxe Designer" room but there was nothing "deluxe" about it. As soon as I walked into the room, it felt haunted! The room was very dimly lit and painted with a blood red color, creepy black and white photo paintings were hung on the walls, along with an old candlelight chandelier that swings, and black iron bed frame. The shower walls were dirty and peeling off. The furniture was scratched up and dented. The room felt like it was haunted and I could not pull my luggage past the door's threshold or stay in it long enough to examine the bed. I went back to the lobby and simply asked the woman (short haired with glasses) at the front desk if I could change to a new room because I did not like my room. Without checking, she immediately said "NO ROOM!" indicating they had no more rooms available. After being treated so rudely, I immediately told her I am checking out. And booked a new hotel. We were supposed to stay for two nights so I contacted Agoda for a refund on my second night's stay since we were unable to get a refund for the first night's stay at this point.

to make room cleaning, you need to report to the lobby, to change the bed you need to report to the lobby, otherwise they may not change the week. to take a set of creams. , every day you have to go down to the lobby yourself. dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Before that, we lived at The Splaisir Hotel. and there you just press the "make up room" button, the bed was changed without a reminder, clean in every corner. Overall, the location is good and the staff is friendly. fix these cons and it will be perfect.

Overall hotel's location was still ok, opp is mrt entrance and walking distance to wholesale (10-15mins walk). Opp the hotel there's a street where u can find some restaurant. Hotel room looks aged, shower was spoiled but still can use. Just not in the right condition. Toilet light will always off after an hr, maybe they set it to auto. The biggest problem actually is the staff... 1 of the staff (lady, long hair, 30s) was super unfriendly n unhelpful, i was checking for the location and ask for her help, but she simply reply me "I don't know" everything i ask she just reply "i don't knw". I have no choice to figure it out myself n get to knw it was just opposite the road... That's so terrible... But still the guys receptionist are still very helpful so only that 1 lady that spoiled my image of the hotel.

This place is decent if you don’t have high standards going in. The outside looks like a fancy hotel, but it’s a little old on the inside. Pros: + convenient location to subway and convenience store + comfy bed, though some old stains on sheets + good shower + nice natural lighting + large counter space with lots of mirrors Cons: - a lot of surfaces haven’t been dusted in a while so be prepared to clean yourself - stains on walls, couches - furniture is old and has some wear - room has a slight smell like it hasn’t been aired out
