clean room, very hospitable and nice reception, great location which you can have access to metro and bus stations and also can go on a 15 min walk to get to the famous mall and restaurants. the negative point is that the guests are too noisy specially if you book the floor one rooms . but generally, I suggest this hotel .

Worst Hotel in Tbilisi, If you book online and pay they will say this price is not correct and will make you pay more on arrival, watch out of this scam. Owners are not friendly at all and they scream at their guests.

It's the personel. When they proposed the room that is next to the reception we raised our concern on the noise. They said it will be no noise. On the next night there was a birthday party they organised at the reception, that is also the common area and the breakfast area. In rest, the cleaniles, bath, bed is ok..ish. The average though, with the -4* for the personel and overall attitude it rounds up to this.
