Nice little room for 2 near the city center, great view outside to the square. The price was reasonable, the check-in counter is available 24/7. The room was nice and had enough facilities to use, even though many can be upgraded or replaced due to disfunctionality. No breakfast was included, but there is a restaurant next to the hotel, quite an expensive one. Good experience overall.

Overall, a good spot. No elevator or breakfast, as others have noted, which was fine - it is in a really awesome spot, between Brussels Central station and the Grand Place. The location and reasonable price are the real selling points. The room was fine - nothing special. One window was slightly broken, which let in a bit more noise and outside air, but no big deal. Everything else worked fine, and was comfortable. Would stay here again.

This is the perfect place to stay at while travelling across the city of Brussels. The rooms were always clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. The location was just absolutely genius; perfectly in the centre of Brussels, with the central station really near to it (within walking distance). I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to anyone travelling to Brussels.

What an incredible location!!! The staff are friendly and helpful, and this small hotel is safe too. There is no elevator, and the rooms are basic but very clean. A safe and clean place to sleep, and the location cannot be beat - right around the corner from the main train station and steps from the top sights. :-)

Great location in the center and also 2 minutes walk from the central station for metro and trains. Staff is kind and helpful. Price is great consider its a single private room in that location. The minuses are no elevator and no air conditon (theres ventelator insted of ac). also if opening the window theres noise. But regatding the minuses its worth the price.
