Incredible hotel. The attention to detail from service to room decor is exquisite. Cozy, comfortable room, with fun features, and a super comfortable bed. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. And, the breakfast delivered right to your room each morning is such a nice touch. Will absolutely be booking here again when I visit Amsterdam.

The place is so magical, each room has its own special experience. It was the perfect hotel to my first visit to Amsterdam. The staff were friendly and supportive and very warmhearted. Definitely will book this in the future for my next visits. Many thanks to the team in the reception for the goodbye gift.

The best hotel we’ve EVER stayed in. The location is incredible (on a canal, walkable to everything, and right by the famous Fault in Our Stars bench!), the rooms are GORGEOUS, and the service is impeccable. The breakfast (included!) is excellent and the best way to start the day. Each room is named and themed for a Dutch inventor from the 17th century, and comes with a corresponding short film! The hotel also has the original 400 year old marble floors from its first resident, a marble trader. That, coupled with the 2021 renovation, makes for a unique, modern, upscale hotel with historic charm. We mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and when we checked in, we arrived to a decorated room with balloons and confetti and a card! So thoughtful. Also, we thought the hotel couldn’t get better and then they sent us off with fresh cookies from a nearby bakery. We can’t wait to come back! Henrietta, Leonard, and Aaron were all wonderful.
