Our wedding week couldn’t be better A year ago we decided to do our wedding at Hotel Torre del Mar, based on their great reviews and photos. And those review and photo’s weren’t lying! We had a magical week where everything felt in place. All stuff was very friendly and helpful. The event manager had always everything under control and focused on the details. Because we could just enjoy and relax. Next to our special day, we also really enjoyed the beautiful pool, sauna facilities, enormous breakfast and beautiful sea views from our room. We will be back for sure

A group of us have just returned from a wonderful stay at Hotel Torre del Mar. The hotel itself is in a fabulous beachfront location with sunrise views of the ocean to the front and sunset mountain views to the rear. Transport options to get around the island were endless. Ibiza Old Town one direction and San Antonio in the other. There is a lovely coastal path just outside the hotel with lovely little beaches, bars and restaurants too. Fantastic staff, nothing was too much trouble. There was a problem with a lock to one of the bedrooms and it was resolved right away. Great customer service at reception and bars. Delicious food and drink options we were all spoilt for choice! I'm already looking to come back next year!

The property is wonderful in terms of location and a stunning swimming pool with amazing views to both sides. The view and pool really make this hotel worthwhile. Good facilities like spa and gym. Rooms quite small but functional with good shower and air conditioning. The main issue letting down this hotel is the behaviour of some of the guests. Unfortunately many package holiday guests who have little respect for other guests or staff. You have to put a towel on the sun beds early or risk not getting a place and staff allow this to happen. Many groups getting drunk in the pool, leaving glass bottles everywhere. We had people blasting their own music by the pool one day and also in neighbouring rooms. Children using gym equipment and the ‘adults only’ terrace. Perhaps minor things in isolation but we stayed 2 weeks and there were daily annoyances. Staff did nothing to help control these situations which was rather poor, it felt like there was no manager to supervise. While people don’t want to come on holidays and feel like they have to follow lots of rules, at the same time given some guests behaviour some basic rules to ensure common decency would help the majority to have a pleasant stay. I would stay again due to the view, pool, and location, but it really feels like the hotel could and should do better considering the price.

Excellent hotel, high quality rooms and facilities, and great breakfast spread. Highly recommend room with a sea view for a panoramic view of the sea and the stream of boats going to and from the port. The spa is a nice touch and we'll worth having access to for days where you want to relax and detox. The poolside restaurant also serves a decent quality lunch at a reasonable price. Plus free on site parking.

If I were not picking there are definitely small details that even for a 4 star hotel seemed out of keeping but let's start with the good parts, the location is fantastic half way between the super clubs and Ibiza town and walking distance to either, right on the water with amazing views from the rooms the pool, restaurant etc. They had entertainment every day and evening by the pool, a free spa, beautiful pool and the hotel is very clean and well run. Food in the restaurant isn't bad, it's just odd (Poke bowls with steamed rice instead of sushi rice, red beans in a Thai curry, etc). The crowd is mixed but lots of party goers and despite the signs to stay silent you can hear people coming back to their rooms at all hours, luckily I'm a sound sleeper. Also it's an older hotel that has been recently renovated and some of the details look like they belong in a hospital, mind you I can imagine that easy wipe surfaces are a must with this crowd. All in all though we had a great time thanks to the beautiful views, good service, and the fact that Ibiza has so much to offer besides David Guetta.
