The breakfasts are delicious. Everything fresh, large selection. The biggest advantage is a machine for squeezing fresh orange juice! Delicious! The location is also great, close to the bus station and metro. There is a large gallery next to it and a park on the other side. Quite far from the beach, but I was there in January, so I didn't go to the beach anyway

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a basic hotel but its location by the bus station and metro were a real plus. Also we were able to easily walk to the old city of Valencia. There is a Super Meracado close so you can get a cheap simple meal and there was a place in the Super Mercado to eat your store bought food as well as a microwave to heat it. We used the bus station to make day trips and it was super convenient being right next door. Would recommend for adults but not for children. Provided breakfast which was good.

The hotel is amazing. Good breakfast, nice location. There are some shortcomings though, such as no slippers in the economy rooms, the toiletries were never replenished and the beds were made up by having the blanket inserted beneath the bed, this made is so every night when going to sleep you had to take the blanked out and at the same time all the bed coverings go off and you have to put them back yourself

Probably one of the worst experiences with hotel staff that I ever had in over 15 years of working in the hospitality business. A small group of 18 people. All information (name of people + passport information) was sent by email before arriving. All passports were collected and given to the hotel staff for scanning, but they wanted to share the room keys by calling every room member at the reception desk and giving them. The guys from reception mentioned that this is mandatory and it does not matter if there are 18 people or 60 people. They must call each of them (like primary school - the teacher is calling the kids) and give them, in order for the guests to not change the room between. And of course, if this happens after, this is it. Again, the "very polite" guy from the reception informed me that if I did not like this rule I could go out together with my friend and search for another hotel, for him it was absolutely no problem (the reservation was already paid 1 month in advance). So, what I can say more, is thank you very much for your hospitality: Felipe, Francesco, and their colleague (I did not understand his name and I do not want to be impolite). As advice, the hotel is good, and breakfast is super, but think twice if you are a small or big group and wanna experience this kind of treatment.

Unfortunately we were unable to cool our room, adequately. Had it not been for this stubborn, and repeated issue, we would easily have given Hotel Turia the 5 stars that it deserves. The accommodation was clean, and the breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were wonderful too, particularly those serving the breakfast. Following our first night, we obviously reported our concern, noting that the air-conditioning system in our room was blowing warm air when temperatures in Valencia were hitting 29 and 30 degrees celsius during the day (in the shade). The following night, this issue was completely resolved, so all was perfect, or so we thought. However, the next day, we were back to square one again. Needless to say, we raised our concern once more, and the system was promptly fixed, but alas, only temporarily. Unable to sleep well, we even sent an email to the hotel as a third attempt to resolve this issue, requesting a small electric fan which, under the circumstances, would have sufficed. We never received an acknowledgement and/or reply. This was actually quite disappointing because we were ready to compromise and settle for something which was well below the normal standard as we desperately needed to sleep. Note: during this whole period, we kept the balcony door closed so as to give the air-conditioning system ample time to adjust. It never did.
