the location is super. this is the center. All major iconic places are nearby. the hotel is in an old building, but well maintained. minus one star that there is no elevator and it was not easy to carry a heavy suitcase.

This is NOT a 4* hotel, maybe a hostel. The furniture is very old and not good looking, the drapes the same. Bed matress is veeery thin and the covers in my room were shorter than the bed, so under the pillow you had direct contact with the matress. Now, my main problem is that this hotel has NO AC, they give you a ventilator which is very old scool and small. I refused to stay in those conditions and they refused to give me at leaast a partial refund. Of course on Booking THEY canceled my staying saying that I did not show up, which means that on Booking I cannot give them an honest review. Smart! :) I did show up, I went to my room and then I prefered to loose all of 300E spent here, and pay another hotel again. That's how much I disliked it. Especially because it was super hot inside the rooms since it's summer. And I've payed for all my breakfasts in advace, they could've at least refund me that if not the rooms. The only good thing is the location, very central. But 4 star hotel? Not in a million years! I am not sure based on what they obtained those stars.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Very rude woman in reception. Very big problem with warm water it's not enough for everyone it's like a jail rules only the first person have a water to make shower. You need to wait till 23.00 to make a shower and. In 2 days nothing they don't make to fix the problem. Guys better choice something another because they using the reservation and later don't care about costumers just keep you like a stupid to wait and without result. To much noise from outside and it's difficult to sleep till 03.00. I hope this comment to see inspection for hotels and give them big ticket for this kind of discomfort to visitors. I have proof about my words for someone who don't believe it. I really can't understand how they have 4 stars this is not possible. Be careful everyone.

I wouldn't call it an hotel but a B&B, and then it fits the expectations. There is NO ELEVATOR to the rooms! The room is nice and spacious, however the furniture is old and creaks. It takes a while to the water get hot, so just require a bit of patience. The staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is decent. The location is perfect! Right in the center of old town (2 minutes from the astronomical clock) and yet, our room was facing inside so there was no noise whatsoever. Overall - Good value for money.

Nice older hotel. We booked the senior (room 8). Large one with 4 areas (living, sleeping, middle and bathroom with air bubbled bath). Old wooden floor with lots of cracking sounds when you walk on it. Bed could be a bit better. Matras renewal could be good. Hotel itself is good but could have some maintance (minor). Breakfast oke. In total happy to have stayed there. Central location in the old centre is excellent. Friendly personell.
