Decent room with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water/pressure in the shower. Internet access very fast and room cleaned regularly. Staff helpful and friendly and buffet breakfast with a huge amount of choice. Excellent location for public transport and Vinhrady is a brilliant part of Prague to stay in. Lots of places to eat and drink, busy, but now drowning in tourists and with plenty of green spaces and parks to relax in.

Terrible, awful mattress and pillows, everything falling apart. Expired yogurts for breakfast. Staff is rude and lack of costumer services attitudes. Not manager around to leave complaints, you feel completely unprotected in the hotel. One day, i found strangers inside of my room, they never sent me an email, i was never notified about this, a clear violation of my privacy. I stayed to the end of my vacation in this "hole", because i paid in full the first day and Expecia told me, after my complaints, the hotel won't give me credit or my money back. Take care yourself, do not go there.

I recently stayed one week in hotel Trevi. The hotel itself was ok, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and very good location, however it has been the worst stay in a hotel of my life. We paid the hotel two weeks in advance by bank transfer, and we sent the bank transfer proof by email some days before going to the hotel. When we arrived there the manager (the guy with the beret) told us in a very rude way that they didn´t receive any money and even threatened us. Finally after some very stressful days the manager told us that they found the money, nevertheless he never apologized for his behavior. What it is more when we tried to speak to him he treated us again in a totally disrespectful way, he even insulted me. That night we found some chocolates and wine when we come back to ours rooms. I can understand that they had a problem checking in their bank if the money had arrived or no, but the irrational and aggressive behavior and the lack of professionalism of the manager was totally unacceptable, even more bearing in mind that we always adressed him in a respectful and polite way.
