Had a wonderful stay here while visiting the Xmas markets . Everything about the hotel was spot on . Yes its not the Ritz but what a quality place to stay . For us it was ideally located for bus routes . Staff and service were amazing. I totally recommend it . The only downside was the themed rooms , we love them but my wife is vegan and we had the African room . On the wall was a skin of a zebra , maybe ask your customers first .

Most unsatisfactory. Staff smoking in front of property. At least 12 steps up to the lobby, difficult with a cane.. The receptionist asked me, inappropriately, why i was wearing a mask. Only once did I see an associate smile,-one of the 2 night porters. The receptionist did not know how the safe box worked, nor did she know that the Thai restaurant across closed on Sat and Sun. I could go on, but why bother Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very terrible. The hair dryer is broken in my room. I followed the description and went to the reception, but the guy said all the hair dryers are used. And he didn’t know where they are. He called his colleague and no one knows. So he told me to ask the manager tmr morning. The website said they have hair dryers. So I didn’t bring my own. Very terrible service. I have to sleep with wet hair .And it’s November. And the staff just don’t care. Also I get into the room and found the bed sheet like as followed picture. Really terrible stay. And I think the staff and hotel just don’t care. They charged at first then they don’t want to deal with their own facilities problem.
