Location is perfect within 5 min you are at the center of the tourist area ( The Arch ) . A plus it has indoor parking for 6 euros Now the down points , family rooms are so small , toillets out dated . No amenities at all not even water boiler in the room & no safe box . They have automated check in machine at the hotel door . Avoid taking on the road room as it is veeeeeeery noisy 🤦‍♀️

Location is just perfect, the view from the window is really urban and at night especially romantic. The staff knew i am a newly wed and set up a room for us with champagne, macarons and roses♥️💔🥰🌹🌹🌹 ooh, it was quite a surprise. Also their breakfast are tasty, especially the sweets🍰🥞🎂🍩🍥 Thank you, guys! my family will remember it for a long time!

Nice room , a Little small. No amenities nor tea pot . Good breakfast and kind service and reception, very close to the center.

Let's do the plus points first. It's super handy for the station (just across the road) and the rooms are large. On the minus side the room decoration and fittings are a bit tired. I was in #302 the walls had been painted but the ceiling paint was not complete (you could easily see where the roller stopped) and when the old carpet was removed no latex screed was used before putting the wood-effect floor (so dips were evident). Worst was the shower that put out more water than the floor drain could handle (so the bathroom flooded). You got the idea by now.

The staff was super nice. The price was good for one night we paid 85 euros. We did not have breakfast there.The room had three beds two smaller ones and one really big bed. We were 3 adults and 2 children. The parking is a bit difficult to get in but once in they have an elevator to the top. Everything is well labelled. The only reason they didn't get 5 * is the halls smelled like smoke. Not there fault really but it made me feel very sick. They offer free wifi, satellite TV, and the rooms have ac.
