This was another weekend stay in Braga from Porto. This time it was a stay with family joining us well. I love how spacious the rooms are and the shower in our room was amazing! The one problem we had was with the A/C. There was a note that the system had been switched to heat mode but the room got pretty stuffy feeling at night and it's a bit too loud outside to keep the door to the balcony open.

A hotel with an excellent location. Cleanliness is top notch, atmosphere unbelievably relaxed and calm. Staff were very attentive making sure we were ok all the time. The room was a cozy and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable with good quality bed linen. Breakfast was simple but tasty. We would truly highly recommend staying here.

I was a little disappointed with this hotel. The room was nice enough, and seemed quite clean. The location is certainly convenient. Nonetheless, the breakfast buffet was pretty skimpy, and they always seemed to be running out of this or that. What's more, we stopped at the bar for a nightcap one evening and the service was mediocre at best. After that we just bought a small bottle of wine and had our nightcap in our room. The next time we are in Braga, we will probably try staying somewhere else.
