This is a 2 star property all day and only stay if you need for short transit. It is not far from the airport. Hotel is decent and quite clean. But staff is terrible and barely speak English. they have very little amenities (no ice machine, no microwave, no coffee). There is plenty of decent dining (mostly fast food). location is good cause it is not too far from central area.

This hotel is unprofessional, unsafe and disorganised. I would avoid staying here if you want to ensure a safe and stress-free stay. We made a reservation a month in advance via expedia, but when we arrived at this hotel at 10 pm, the hotel had overbooked the rooms, and did not have a room for us. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful and did not apologise for the hotel's mistake. The hotel was unsafe and there was no barriers or security stopping anybody from the street just walking in to the place. They offered to put us in a garage room, which was even more unsafe because the room door could be opened from the outside by just pressing a button. In the end, we decicded to ensure our safety and sleep in the airport for 16hrs until our next flight. This was a terrible experience and the hotel didn't show any concern or accountability.

I would like to give my opinion, out of curiosity I went to see the information about this hotel and read several comments from users, I do not rule out some bad comments, perhaps they may be true depending on the circumstances. In my personal opinion, the service at the reception was good, the lady who attended was friendly and explained to us that the cost was a thousand infractions because we arrived around eleven in the morning, and she also informed us that starting at five in the afternoon it was already It was 790 according to the time to enter the room, we told him that it would be better to enter later and asked him to store our luggage for us and he very kindly received them to keep it for me, that is a point in his favor. We returned around six in the afternoon, we checked in and we were assigned the room and it was clean and comfortable, the towels were clean, I am also very shocked by dirt if I find hair on the floor or the sheet if I would ask to change the room but everything was fine. The bathrooms are clean and everything is in order. There are no noises in the rooms that are mentioned, I also didn't notice that it was like a motel, the motels are very dirty and they don't change the sheets all the time, people come in that would never be there. The room they assigned was above the lobinn, unless the motel rooms were at the other entrance I didn't know that. What they did not offer us was restaurant service, there you cannot say their service. Maybe what seems wrong to me is the policy of entering, which is already very late at 5 pm, perhaps the prices should be a little more flexible, 790 because for someone who is dealing with a job that is not very well paid, it is not enough, Well, they are suggestions, also that some comments say that they charge 600. I don't know when that was. Ami, that price seems very good to me. I was there the first week of vacation in December 2023. Thank you and I would recommend it if they serve me well I might come back again, depending on the rate, I think so.
