I stayed at hotel Valencia for around the week and visited two times. The rooms are very spacious with amazing views. The bathroom comes with a heated, hot tub inside. The service is amazing. I had an amazing experience at Hotel Valencia. I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. I visited the mall the movies and I had a bite to eat Walking distance I really enjoyed overall everything the rooms, the service and the location 10 out of 10!

This hotel is stunning. Traveling for business and was surprised by the amount of detail and care the staff took to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was stocked with plenty of towels, a shower cap, blow dryer, q-tips, liquid hand soap and lotion, anything you could think of. There was also a nice robe in the closet which was perfect to throw one after a hot shower. The room smelled fantastic as well. Loved the hotel bar. A luxurious and pleasant experience!

This hotel was full of security so I felt really safe, the room we got was facing the wall of another building so not much of a view. No free breakfast and really expensive for just a night. Good location being downtown Santana row but really it just look luxury on the outside the inside was like any Marriott in room. I went with a group of friends for a party we encountered no problems but you can probably get more of a bang for your buck somewhere else.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff must all go through extensive customer service training or they hire the best most genuine people. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to the maid service were so friendly and made you feel like the most important guest. Erica, Mel and Jocelyn were THE best. I never walked by the front desk and not greeted with huge welcoming smiles and greetings. The hotel is immaculately clean, they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The location is perfect. No car? No problem!! Steps from food, shops, salons, anything you want/need on vacation. The pool was so clean and they have the most comfortable lounge chairs with food/drink delivery without leaving your chair. I can not say enough about this hotel. But honestly, the staff made the experience over the top.

TL;DR: Quick check-in but lacking warmth, standard rooms, parking confusion, and a disruptive morning. Great location but pricey at $300 per night. Overall, it's an average hotel with a fantastic location, justifying a three-star rating. My recent stay at Hotel Valencia was a mixed experience. The check-in process was notably swift, but it felt rushed and somewhat impersonal. I was intercepted in the corridor by an employee who quickly checked me in using an iPad, leaving little room for a warm welcome or relaxed interaction. Parking turned out to be a bit of a hassle. I self-parked in a nearby public lot, and due to the hurried check-in, I wasn't informed about the need for a parking permit for overnight stays. This oversight necessitated an extra trip back to reception to rectify the situation. The room itself was satisfactory - clean, cozy, and functional. However, it was pretty standard with no remarkable features. The fixed shower head in the bathroom, offering only one setting, was a minor inconvenience that could be improved. My morning rest was unexpectedly interrupted by a knock at the door from housekeeping, which was a bit disruptive. In fairness, I hadn't placed the 'Do Not Disturb' sign out, but a more considerate approach to guest privacy would have been appreciated. The checkout process, on the other hand, was smooth and hassle-free, mirroring the efficiency of my check-in. In summary, while the hotel offers the basics of comfort and cleanliness, there's room for improvement in guest service and amenities. The standout feature is its excellent location, but the high price point doesn't quite match the overall experience.
