Great location making it easy to take the metro into the centre (2 stops). The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and a decent size with a powerful shower in the en suite. Room service daily. There was some street noise but this didn't bother us as it is to be expected in a city location. If you keep the windows closed, it is barely audible but we preferred the movement of air that came with am open window. Only negative was that there was only one spare electrical socket which was on the far end of the room from the beds but, again, not a major issue. We would happily stay here again.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was worth it! We had issues with warm water at the shower but they fixed it in 30 minutes. Lovely customer service. Friendly staff. close to famous attractions by public transport (15-20 mins) 4 star because a/c didn't seem to work effectively as expected.

Overall pleasant and comfortable. The rooms do not have irons and I was told laundry service needed to be requested 3 days in advance so this bothered me. The staff were accommodating and kind. The location is good. The room is a wee bit tiny but comfortable.

This establishment is located on a major street and within 200 metres of the metro station. Front desk staff and kitchen/serving staff are friendly and extremely accommodating. Cleaning staff very friendly and industrious. Our room on the ninth floor was on the smaller side. However, it was adequate for this couple and our four large pieces of luggage. The decore was Spartan and somewhat worn. There were a limited number of electrical outlets. The HVAC system made the room a comfortable temperature, if one remembered to turn it on after inserting the room card. The shower and linens were great. Our room was very sound proof. All rooms face the street. The bed was comfortable and supportive. The heated tile bathroom floor was appreciated. There were only the basic amenities: soap, paper cups, toilet paper and shampoo. The entire venue was clean. The included breakfast was awesome. Numerous types of yogurts, fruit (4 kinds), numerous pastries, cold cereal (5 or 6 kinds), sausages, awesome bacon, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, potatoes, Asian style breakfast salad, etc. Always well stocked and fresh. Cold and hot beverages were provided by two machines. The coffee varied from great to poor. In summary, pretty much what one would expect from a 2 star hotel but with a great location, clean, and awesome breakfast.
