Generally wonderful, extremely spacious and peaceful for Tokyo standards. The elevators do not say which floors they go to and no one explains that but otherwise this is a fantastic value. Room was great, spa was fantastic, buffet breakfast was delicious. Obviously location can’t be beat. Highly recommend treating yourself, especially before flying out. Japan can be fairly exhausting and this place is a wonderful resting place before a long international flight!

Found literally nothing wrong with our stay. Perfect last minute choice when our flight was canceled. The onsen area was AMAZING! The sauna and steam room were amazing as well. Great hotel with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The hotel also provides razors, hair brushes, pajamas, toothbrush, tooth paste, tea, coffee, and more! The breakfast buffet was more Japanese than western style. Worth the price for me personally. Highly recommend.

The location is amazing. Flying out the next day and wanted close proximity to the airport. Rooms are good size. The shopping area is nice to have for any last minute gifts. We booked the special Sirotan design. It’s a perfect end to our Japan trip. ❤️😍🇯🇵

Great location for direct access to Haneda Terminal 3 International flights. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Desk service is not super friendly. Hotel needs to add more flexibility to their check in and check out times for long term success. Having a strict 3pm check in with optional additional fee check in at Noon doesn't work for many airline passengers on international flights.

First there are No signs in the departure or arrival area leading you to an indoor corridor between terminal 3 and the hotel. Second the rooms are TINY big enough for 2 luggage carts, a bed and a small table which we found undesirable. Many arrivals wind up walking outside to the hotel for 20 plus minutes because of the lack of signage. They told us they were aware of the issue with no signage. Nothing tells you to go down a level from 3 to 2 to find the corridor something they need to improve. They have an Onsen but for us it would have cost 880 yen. Check in was by a Kiosk though staff was right beside us. We asked for our luggage to be brought to our room and they refused and said we must take it. They were very strict on a 3 pm check in time or they would charge you extra if you were early. If you’re going to this hotel, what was it called the garden or called
