Location to and from the airport was second to none. Very easy to get to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was immaculate and it felt brand new. Japanese staff were very curtious as received everywhere we travelled around Japan. The only drawback was we couldn’t get any help on how to get to Tokyo city by train from the staff at the front desk but this did not impact my review of this great hotel.

Your flight is in the morning and thinking how to get the right transport and avoiding the crowd of people going to work, this hotel is definitely a good choice to stay a night and have a peace of mind to walk to airport,it is very convenient for Terminal 3. Check in and out are seamless. Room is clean. Location is good as you can get plenty of good food.

You cannot beat the convenience of this hotel when traveling in and out of Haneda. You walk straight from the international terminal to the hotel with no trains or monorails to hassle with after a long flight. The rooms and facilities are new and impeccably clean, with views of the river and even Mt.Fuji on a clear day! The front desk staff was very helpful and took our bags to the room while completing the check in process. The onsen on site is fantastic and is included in your room rate, the massages and body scrub services are reasonably priced and were an incredible cure for jet lag. Request Ito for a massage, he’s the best! We enjoyed our stay when we arrived in Tokyo so much that we booked the hotel to stay the night before our return flight. We splurged on the executive room and it was worth it, very spacious and relaxing! They even let us pay a fee to have a 6pm checkout which made the travel day with our infant daughter much more relaxing. You can use the onsen up until your check out time which was another perk! Cannot recommend this hotel enough, we will be staying again next time we travel to Tokyo.
