Room is small and clean, staff is friendly. Neighborhood is very quiet and upscale, not much is open after dinner. I stayed here to distance myself from the chaos of the tourist area but it was pretty far away. Walking there was doable but not recommended, rent a bike or take public transit. Would probably stay somewhere closer next time but this hotel is good if you’re looking for something quiet and out of the way. At 9 am doors start being slammed so you probably won’t be sleeping late here.

Rooms are ok, nothing special, there is no AC in the room. It's very clean. Location is good a tram station is just 2 minute walk. There is no elevator in the hotel which is fine, but the stairs are very steep and narrow. Staff are friendly. Also note that there was a city fee (I think) and should only be paid in cash

Someone sang for a couple of hours in the night and the walls are thin. Otherwise quite nice rooms but our check-in was delayed with 45 min. There was a nice park nearby and also a cozy café on the corner. The tram to the city was smooth ~20 min.

I unfortunately cannot give this hotel a good review. My mother and I were booked to stay here in September, but my grandmother died a few weeks before our stay and we ended up having to cancel our whole trip from Canada. I let the hotel know this and even provided a death certificate as proof that we could not travel because we were planning the funeral and dealing with her estate. The hotel refused to provide a refund or even allow us to rebook the the room for future dates, when we would be able to travel. This was obviously very upsetting given everything we were already dealing with and we had paid over $500 CAD, so we are now just out that money. I would not recommend staying here, based on their lack of customer service.
