If you are driving in Jeju, avoid booking this hotel as parking is restricted. We were directed to park at an open car park, which is approximately a 10-minute walk away and not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage. The room is clean and spacious. Counter staff are unfriendly.

**Location is good, front desk staff not helpful** Room rate is reasonable. Breakfast (w 12000) can walk in and quite yummy. The front desk staffs are not helpful to self-travel visitors. They were not take initiation to help. I had problems to download Kakao Taxi app to mobile, the staff was not willing to call taxi for me and ask me just go out to catch the taxi...at midnight 5AM, they even don't know if there are many taxi pass buy. I was quite shocked for this service ;( I'll choose other hotel around this area next time.

Horrendous service but decent, clean rooms. Staff will not help you and are not interested in helping you. They will not book a taxi for you or anything like that. The rooms are good and clean but be aware that twin and triple room bathrooms don't have doors. So the shower room is completely open. This may make things a little uncomfortable, depending on your travel group.

This hotel does not provide taxi call service. When I checked out at 6am for early flight, they told me to hail a cab from the street. After 15mins, I gave up and walked to the next hotel down the street, where the receptionist readily helped me to call a cab. Do not understand why taxi call service is not provided for guests, when other hotels can do it easily (even for me who did not stay with them)
