We booked for one night at Shinshin Hotel because we just needed a convenient place to stay near the airport. The rooms are decorated with the typical business-like decor and large with heaps of space to open two large luggages on the ground. Universal power outlets are hidden behind the pillows. Large bathroom with a massive shower. There is a lack of ventilation and natural sunlight through the windows. A major con that we didn’t notice until we had to drive in and check in that day is the parking is not located on the premises. It is across the street but well signposted. Parking is free, you just have to notify the reception desk whenever you go out again to drive out of the carpark. But it was inconvenient when we had to wheel out our 25kg luggages from across the street with no established pavement 🥲

Really bad service and hardware. We stayed in the 8th floor and the bed in the twin bed room is like 50cm wide, really uncomfortable, and the staff is not helping at all. I asked for an extra pillow (there was only 1 per bed) cause it’s way too soft, and was turned down by the staff, will never come back to this hotel again.

Super dirty room, i found few empty mineral water bottle under the bed. When i complaint to the staff, and he promise to clean. When i back from outside and IT IS REMAIN the same. The staff here is totally joker and never did their job at all. They dont even clean my room at my first day. Super regret to book this hotel. The air con also malfunction, it will stop after open few hours. Good luck to those who book this hotel, trust me, this is WORST. The car park also located 150m from the hotel, every time drive out need inform the staff to waived...
