This hotel is absolutely stunning! Such a beautiful setting. The restaurants were very good. My advice is to make sure to reserve your dinners ASAP (some say you can only 30 days in advance but others say as soon as you book it and pay in full). We were unable to get into one but still had a great time. We tried several rooftop pools. Musica was a bit loud but you can hear the music underwater so that's kinda unique and fun. We enjoyed swimming in the lagoon and around the little islands.

Top 2 most beautiful resorts I’ve been to. Service was by far the best experience I’ve had on any vacation. My girlfriends and I traveled here together and couldn’t have had a better experience. The breakfast buffet was authentic and changed daily. Every restaurant had a theme and each restaurant was authentic and not cheesy. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. Turndown service at night was a great touch! My only negative is it’s very confusing finding your way around. I got lost trying to find our room several times🤪

Look wise, this is the prettiest hotel you will ever see in Mexico. Every inch is stunning! I felt like I was on a private island! It’s breathtaking honestly, the architecture is out of this world. 4 full days there and we still didn’t explore 50%! It’s so big with so much to do that I understand the price. The staff is friendly, but service depends on who you meet. Some people go above and beyond but not all. Jorge by the pool went above and beyond for our anniversary gift. People at the spa don’t bend the rules even if you beg. I always thought excellent service is the priority but it seems the actual “look” of the hotel is what keeps people coming back. It was my last day and I booked a massage, had a misunderstanding with concierge prior, and the spa team couldn’t even help me figure it out. They just told me I need a different paper and to go walk in the sky and find it. They couldn’t even squeeze my fiancé in for hydrotherapy that he paid for because it was “packed.” There was a max of 5 people? What is sad is I told the spa it’s my last day. They really didn’t care. We also tried to get on the rooftop pool and they said they have no availability when there was two open seats? Like I said, good or bad service is based on who you meet. The food is better than most all inclusive hotels. The restaurant by the pool downstairs is the best so far for dinner. I appreciate that not all need reservations because that can be a bummer last minute. The buffet is okay food but has many options. I wish there was more juice options for being on vacation like passion fruit, guava, avocado smoothie etc. They seem to only have the same rotations of orange juice, cranberry and apple. All in all, I would definitely come back but only because this is the prettiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The staff needs more work because only a few are amazing in helping.
