We stayed for a dance competition. So 100s of little girls everywhere. This hotel is not a brandnew property but has a really charming feel. What really makes this place is the one of a kind staff!!!! From maintenance, bell service, housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, bartenders to Moe in guess service they were all amazing. The best hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. We had already had a great experience but when we got home and realized my daughter had forgotten her tablet we contacted the hotel and Moe was all to happy to help me print and label and have the tablet shipped to our home. I pray upper management praise their unforgettable staff, I know they made a lasting impression on us!

Our non-profit organization hosted a 250+ person event at Houston Marriott Westchase. We were blown away by the hotel’s staff. Their ability to solve last minute problems that arose with creative solutions was greatly appreciated! Everyone from the AV staff from Encore to the staff helping with food to the concierge at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful and solution oriented. We had the same hot breakfast both days of our conference which was delicious, shout out to the crispy breakfast potatoes. We had a number of attendees with different dietary restrictions and the hotel was able to work with us to come up with alternative menu items that not only were accessible but also delicious and filling! We had two different hot buffets for lunch. We received great feedback on the lunches, especially noting that the chicken in the BBQ buffet was a big hit! As a nonprofit, we have a limited budget and the hotel kept that in mind throughout the planning, budget and event. We would gladly host another event at the Houston Marriott Westchase. We again want to thank all of the hotel staff that went out of their way to be helpful and supportive throughout the event!!!

Here for a tournament. The rooms are clean and well kept. There is a huge 10-story open area in the lobby with what appears to be balconies (small ones) overlooking the lobby that are covered in trash. As you get off of the elevator on any floor you are in a perfect position to peer into an awesome drop to the first floor or to look out the massive bank of windows that cover the front of the building. To bad the widows are filthy and the roof of the carport is covered in sludge. Obviously no thought given to what should be and was intended to be an incredible vista. A banquet dinner was supplied by the hotel, chicken with squash and fried red potatoes. The chicken was dry and inedible dinner rolls were served after the entree was consumed or in my case pushed away in disgust. The rolls made good bricks. Desert was already on the table when they opened the banquet hall for seating my kids thought it was great to have it served first. And why serve tea with no ice?

October 2023: Stayed here for two nights and was very happy with my stay. I got an upgrade and stayed in a king bed suite on the sixth floor. Was very spacious 👍. I really appreciated the upgrade! King size bed was okay. A little lumpy mattress and comfort level is about a 6.5 to 7 out of 10. Pillows are about the same. Not bad but not necessarily the best. Not a major issue but just some feedback for management. Shower was good. Water pressure and temperature were good. Gym was pretty good for a hotel. Lots of weights and machines. There were so many that the gym is split into two rooms. Overall, very happy with my stay. I especially appreciated the upgrade room. Would stay again here the next time I am in Houston.

An excellent hotel located in a convenient area of Houston. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel also has several amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and restaurant. The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to be close to the city's attractions. It is just a short drive from the Galleria Mall, Houston Zoo, and NRG Park. The hotel is also located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The staff at the Houston Marriott Westchase is some of the best I have ever encountered! They are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help guests BRENDA was very helpful and nice!! They make sure that guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay! The rooms at the Houston Marriott Westchase are clean and spacious. They are equipped with all of the amenities that guests need, including comfortable beds, TVs, and refrigerators. The bathrooms are also clean and well-maintained. The hotel's amenities are excellent!! Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Houston Marriott Westchase. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
