Wonderful hotel, the rooms have everything you need, comfortable beds and pillows, kettle, nice fluffy towels and robes. I loved my stay here. Convenient to metro, easy walking distance from most attractions, lots of restaurants, pharmacies, grocery shops. Couldn't ask for more. The staff are exceptional, in interacting with all of them, there was a common politeness, always eager to help and friendly. The breakfast is lovely and you would be hard pressed not to find something to your taste. Highly recommended gem! 👌

Just checked out after a 6 night stay. This hotel is top notch. It is in an amazing area on an awesome street! We stayed in the exclusive suite and it was perfect for our family. It has 2 bathrooms and a pull out bed for our kid. Everything is modern and the balcony is really nice to sit out at and enjoy. The room has all the amenities you’d ask for and the a/c is great. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very disappointed with my stay this time. The carpet in the room was not cleaned. We received a towel that had hair already on it. The toilet overflowed it was addressed quickly to clear the line. However, housekeeping did not remove the wet towels or mop. The front desk clerk removed the towels for me. Upon leaving the hotel and returning the toilet was backed up again. There was also something stuck to the curtain. Very disappointing as we have stayed at the hotel several times before.

We stayed at the Hotel Artus for 6 nights in the duplex room and we can't recommend it enough! Every single member of the staff we interacted with was kind and helpful. They made the hotel feel like home. The room was clean and spacious. I was in contact with the concierge before our arrival and they helped make hard-to-get dinner reservations and offered great suggestions. The head concierge Sanjay is an expert in his field for a reason. He's knowledgeable and kind with great recommendations. He also made my boyfriend's birthday extra special for us. When we ran into a technical issue with the bathtub on our last night that was out of anyone's control, the team handled it very well which showed even with a challenge they remained professional and accommodating. The location is perfect with many attractions within walking distance. The neighborhood is central and lively but as soon as you step through the hotel doors it is peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be returning to Hotel Artus on our next trip to Paris and have recommended the hotel to all of our friends!

I stayed here with my spouse in my last visit for 5 nights. First of all, the location is great, right on the intersection of St. Germain and Buci which gives a lot of eating options. Close to Mobillon and St.Germain de Pres metro stations. Walking distance to Luxembourg Gardens, the Louvre and Notre Dame. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are standard small rooms with not much view but they are clean, cozy and enough for two persons. And given that you don't spend much time in the room when you're in Paris, it's OK. Overall, it's a hotel which I would definitely reconsider next time I'm in Paris.
