One of the worse place to stay. They ruined my stay in Paris. Booked a double bed room, and that room AC wasn’t working. It’s been broken quiet long time as you can tell. Complained several times to fix the AC or change the room. Front desk mentioned that they are working on the AC and it will be fixed in an hour, after an hour the person went missing and of course AC wasn’t fixed. They mentioned that they are having issue with central line but front desk AC was working and top of that they didn’t had central AC. The room I stayed had single separate AC. They don’t have central AC system. They fooled the tourist and don’t care about the service. We asked for fan they couldn’t give us a fan. After my husband got mad than they provided a fan. On the Ad they didn’t mentioned that AC wasn’t working. They did a false Ad also didn’t changed our room. The front person was very rude. Really worse service. It was 80+ degree outside and we stayed without AC and from that me and my husband both got sick. When we asked for refund or discount they didn’t provide that either. This management should be sued for false ad. Seems like this AC was broken for a while and the management is not fixing it. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place. It will ruin your stay. And extremely small room. When I asked for refund, front desk person start yelling at us, he confirmed that AC was broken before we checked in and but they didn’t mentioned it to us when we checked in. Receptionist was very rude and refused to provide refund and he yelled at us as well when we said why didn’t you mentioned it when we checked in.

Very comfortable bed, refurbished room, friendly staff. Room was quite small though and facing the infamous brick wall (not the street, see other reviews below), so it was quite, but didn't precisely have the best views. Heating and air conditioning didn't work and didn't get fixed, so check the room first.

Reserved one double room for two nights, had an issue the second evening and they changed instantly the room. Breakfast is good and complete, near to the metro 1 and close to gare de Lyon Station. They can improve on the cleaning of the rooms and on the services.

This might be the worst hotel I've ever seen. The place is unclean and in disrepair. Paint was peeling off the walls, the place didn't feel clean or safe. The beds weren't proper beds, they were more like cots or temporary beds. The shower used to be white, but was turned yellow with the plastic crumbling at the bottom. This "hotel" felt like how I imagine a homeless shelter to look and feel. To stay here you'd need to be on drugs, looking to buy drugs, or just have no self respect in general. We promptly walked out and found a nice place on Rue de Lyon. There are plenty of nice hotels nearby, DO NOT STAY HERE. By the way, the neighborhood isn't great either. The street is crowded, dirty and covered in graffiti. Do a google street view and see the area, it's not pretty.

Decent price and great location. You also get a discount if you pay in cash. The reason I'm rating this a three though as it really is just a little above average. The rooms are small, like most in Paris, and ours faced a brick wall so it really just seemed to feel really trapped. It was fairly quiet most of the time though we could always hear people in the hall or stairs and the people above us for two of the nights were fairly loud in the evening.
