This hotel is in a great location and is very convenient for traveling. It was quiet at night with no noise and the bed was comfortable. I had a really good sleep. The hotel front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

We always stay in this hotel, when we spend holidays in Paris ( 2 times per year). We were never disappointed with this place. Rooms clean every day. Maid even cared about my toy, which gave me a warm feeling about this place ❤️ (like at home). The elevator is small, but we use it only for luggage and usually walk up or down without any problems. If you arrive earlier than your check-in, they have a special place, where you can put your luggage and enjoy Paris. Breakfasts are good. Metro is near. Friendly staff. Thank u for your work.

So we (my GF and I) were in Paris in july of 2023 for a Rammstein concert and wanted to combine this with a bit of sight seein in Paris. We were looking for a hotel with short distance to a main metro station (in our case Place d'Italie), still somewhat in central Paris and serving mainly as a starting point for exploring the city itself while not bankrupting us. So we did not look for a luxurious hotel or great food but just for that described above and Jack's Hotel was a good pick. Nothing too fancy but a sleeping place. The room was small but the bed was big for 2 people. The bathroom was small and so was the shower but it did its job and that was what we were looking for. 4 days to see Rammstein and explore the city was obviously not enough, but we were able to see enough to get a good sense of the massive scale of the city. The breakfast was ok, just had it once and then the other 2 days met with another couple (friends of us), that were staying in a Hotel nearby, for breakfast in a restaurant near Place d'Italie. For another Paris trip I would not mind staying at Jack's Hotel again.

Lovely hotel close to several metro stations. Really friendly and helpful check in receptionist. He was very helpful and checked our booking included breakfast. The two rooms we had were very nice but I would definitely recommend the rooms like 504 which only have one shared wall. One night for the other room was disturbed by noise from the adjoining room. Bathrooms are small but this is Paris so that's typical! Breakfast buffet was excellent and extensive. Staff were very nice even after the final check out when the manager concluded that we should not have had the inclusive breakfast in our deal. All ended very amicably however. We will return.
