For me a hotel is not just about the rooms but about the whole experience and in this hotel the staff at the reception are so lovely and helpful that you immediately feel at home. Great location, great hotel, reasonable price. This will become my place to stay every time I’m traveling to Paris for work.

Great hotel. The location is brilliant 10 - 15 min walk to the Arc or 2-5 mins ride in bus which can be caught in the next street. Travelling further ? There is an underground metro in the street behind which is so easy to use. The Room at the hotel was brilliant clean, spacious and bathroom was also perfect, bath tub is with jets & after a long day really hit the spot ! Staff are brilliant very helpful with information & kept our baggie for the full day after checkout as our flight back wasn’t til late at night would definitely recommend

Right of the bet! Team are amazing, super polite and always there to help. Could not remember everyone’s names but they all were super great and whenever I needed anything they were super responsive. However, the HOTEL ITSELF has to do something about the AC/Ventilation system. There’s a dust to the point that you can feel it in your throat. I had to keep my windows open every night when getting to my room. With the switched off lights and phone lighter on, the dust visibility is like it’s snowing inside the room (just for you to imagine how bizarre it is) Hôtel Management, owner or whoever in charge! Please clean the filters out n the ventilations. It’s seriously unbearable to sleep with all the dust in the room!

This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Their pictures are very misleading - my room was extremely small and everything was dated. Air conditioning didn’t work for entire building the entire time i was there - it was very stuffy in the room and there’s too much street noise to leave the windows open at night. I talked with the staff and they said they’re trying but nothing ever happened. also the shower divider is too small and water gets everywhere. Only positives were location and the friendly staff but they never actually helped with any issues. I would never stay here again!!
