Rooms are clean and a bit depressing. If this is your first time coming to Paris, spend more money and book in central part of city. You can feel the train tuning below you. It’s a safe neighborhood, lots of apartment nearby but it doesn’t feel like Paris. Basically no additional service besides handing out your key

Great location for the Metro, however you hear every bit of it all day and night. It's a pretty loud location, thin walls, small outdated rooms. No soap in our bathroom sink, wasn't ever replaced after asking. It's a budget stay, and cheap. Not the worst not the best, wouldn't stay again.

Super convenient location, close to the Place d'Italie métro and the Italie Deux shopping mall (which has a grocery store inside for extra convenience). The neighborhood is very safe to walk at night alone. The hotel itself is fine, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is large compared to most tiny Parisian ones, however the bedroom was a bit cramped. The one negative mark is that there is a long wait to use the elevator.

Perfect 10/10 experience!! The rooms have everything that you need for your stay; clean ensuite bathroom, mini-fridge, air conditioning, hair dryer and safe. There's an elevator/lift, but it's quite small so bear in mind if you have a lot of large luggage. The hotel is just a few minute walk from Place D'Italie station (if you take Line 6 to Passy station, you get a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, though it is brief), and around ten mins from Campo-Formio station, so it's very convenient to take the metro to different parts of Paris. This hotel is located in Chinatown (13th arrondissement) so there are lots of great Asian restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!
