One word to sum up my experience of this hotel, Thoughtful. From the multiple multiplug sockets to charge our multiple devices, to the powerful hair dryer that blows you away, to the chic elevator which is soooo Parisian, down to the mint sweets at the counter to perk you up after a long journey. This 2 star hotel punches way beyond its ratings on how much thought it has given to deliver its best to its guests. Yes, taxis can't come in (as it's a nice walking food street, n cabs are just a stone throw away), walls are thin (but neighbors are considerate!), room size is pretty compact (but everything comes together to add value), seriously at this price and good location, you really can't ask for more. Thumbs up and good job guys.

It didn't matter that the Uber dropped us off a block away. We were just relieved that the hotel sat in the middle of the busy Latin Quarter area where a concentration of cafés, stores, and boulangeries were found. The facade looked a little run down but once we entered the room it felt like a whole new place. Our double room was very spacious and clean, and everything was in good working condition. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The manager was very pleasant and didn't fuss a bit every time we asked our water flask to be filled with hot or cold water. Overall it was an amazing welcome for us first-time visitors of Paris.

Great location, very close to interest locations such as the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, triumph arch, etc. clean beds, great shower, a plus is the laundry service, the fee is not that high and is convenient, a lot of good restaurants just outside

Great location, right by the metro. There are lots of small restaurants close by. The Shakespeare and company book store and Notre Dame are right there. The hotel had air conditioning which was great, but it rattled a lot making it hard to sleep. The windows could have used blackout curtains as the lights outside were on all night. The elevator and other hotel doors closing in the middle of the night were very loud. There were not many street noises though.
