2 bedroom appt. Really loved the location, right in the middle of everything. Really clean and has pretty much everything, plus the bins are emptied daily (towels changed if left on the ground). Only negatives - no washer/dryer and no teaspoons/chopping board. Plus can't fit luggage anywhere in bedroom .. not much room around the bed. Would recommend, would stay again.

DON’T COME HERE. Extremely inflexible and rude staff. I am taking both of my parents to Paris for a week and accidentally booked a room for 2 guests instead of 3. Within 10 minutes, I contacted Maria Gotovac, Leydi, Moïse, and Gaël at Yuna about my mistake. The room sleeps 4 so there should be no problem, but they did not let me change the weeklong reservation. I paid $520 per night and got the lowest class service: the staff at Yuna refused to update the number of guests and told me to cancel my non-refundable booking. I would have lost $4,000+! We are talking about making the smallest change at a hotel that has 9 rooms for a trip that was booked 8 months in advance. There was plenty of time to fix it, but they refused to help. I appealed their decision. Their response: “After consideration of your changes, Maria Godobac Concierge has denied for the changes.” [Additional evidence of their shadiness: When you try to book directly, they require a bank transfer for the full amount in 24 hours or else they cancel your booking. Every hotel in Europe accepts credit card payment and my trip was in 8 months, so why would they need prepayment? They said it was for “security,” but it is NOT secure for the customer at all.] Edit in response to the hotel’s reply: the hotel never offered to let me pay the city tax for the additional person until I posted this review and put the names of the people who were in contact with me. Booked from November 2022 from booking.com. One week before going there they tried to charge me but for some reason, not mine, the reservation was cancelled. I booked again immediately and paid with 300 euro more than the initial prise. I asked them to return the difference but they said it can’t be done.Contacted Booking.com which said that it’s on their hand to return or not, which they didn’t. Staying there the only good thing is the location. The apartment was clean but some spot light was burned or out from their shield. In the bathroom the light from shower cabin is burned, the water from toilet is splashing out every time you flash and the toilet seat is broken and moving every time you seat. Agreed to check out an hour later but the cleaning lady was knocking the door every 10 minutes to check out. Non existing communication, they are not answering to the phones and to mails after 1 or 2 days.

In view of severe security issue in Paris and other cities in the country, my friends and I decided to change our travel plan, hence, we reached out to the hotel via our online booking platform 4 days before arrival, and check if we could have partial refund due to the circumstances. After days of waiting, finally we got the reply and this hotel owner refused to refund a single cent to us. From contractual point of view, we are not entitled to refund anymore as the deadline is passed, but what I am trying to say is be aware of the robotic attitudes of this hotel, and do not expect any service in case of needs during your stay in this hotel. Further response to Yuna's reply: Above all, thanks for your reply, which is rather official as expected. I did raise the enquiry through hotel.com on 2 July, instead of 2 days before arrival. The customer service at hotel.com revealed that it's very difficult to contact Yuna hotel, and hence caused further delay. While Yuna may have taken measures on protecting the property itself, our concern is more abt traveling to Paris that people's lives are the subject here. Anyhow, for tourists planning to stay at Yuna, please take full consideration esp. on their customer service. With regrets, William
