What an experience! If you are from the U.S. and it’s your first time brace yourself. Only two small built people can hold in the elevator. We didn’t have suitcases and it was tight. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was absolutely, super nice! Loved him! The breakfast was good. The ambiance was great. Great WiFi. The rooms were small. Bring your European plug extension as you will need it! Beds were so tiny but we slept well. I could sit on the toilet, wash my hands and open the shower door without getting up. The room key is an actual key not a key card and you have to leave it at the front desk when leaving throughout your stay. That’s a first. The room had AC. My view was not of the Eiffel Tower, but it is walking distance for a fit person. I liked this hotel and the staff. It was smaller than I was used to but it was still a good experience.

Though the room we got is small, the bed is large and soft. You can easily fall asleep. There is centralized heater and air conditioning. The television has cable tv. Breakfast is plentiful consisting of different meats (bacon, ham, salami, sausages). It also has egg, different kinds of bread, cereals and your usual juice choices (apple and orange). The server is helpful and gets your choice of coffee or chocolate. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

*Room size is tiny, especially bathroom. *Staff communication/ behavior is like there is a fly on a bowl of soup, some staff are great, some needs to be re-trained in customer service for several times. *we were given rooms not what we booked and no good gesture to make up. * Formal complains made but no response at all *Only come back if there is no where else we can stay next time * The only good point of this place is its location. close to the Tour Eiffel

EXCELLENT service and great price. This hotel has a 24hr front desk. All of the staff members are very helpful and personable and offer great service in English. Our room was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. Location is great, being a short walk to the Eiffel Tower but off the beaten path just enough to be in a quieter part of the neighborhood while still only a ~10€ cab ride from the Louvre. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to anyone visiting Paris.
