Hotel near to the Eiffel Tower. The room was very nice and much bigger than the standard hotels I stayed in Paris. The service I interacted with was very friendly and attentive. I did not taste the breakfast as it was 22€/day. The room was very clean and I also had a coffee machine in the room. I found a nice bag of 2 macarron on the bed with a very nice and warm handmade note when I arrived.

My husband and I recently stayed here. The staff are AMAZING! They are so friendly, helpful and everything you would want in this price range of a hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Paris. It is so close to so many tourist attractions but also if you go in the opposite direction of the Eiffel tower you will find amazing food! The metro is super accessible from this location. As well we set up our transport from the airport through the hotel and it was AMAZING!!

I stayed here with my wife recently and the hotel was fairly mediocre - I certainly don’t think it’s a 4 star hotel. Pro’s - Rooms were relatively decent size for Paris and pretty modern and had Netflix built into the TV - Shower pressure is pretty good which isn’t always the case at all hotels - Supermarket opposite the hotel which is ideal Con’s - Cleaning of our room was pretty poor. The bins weren’t emptied, the bathroom shelf wasn’t cleaned and gowns weren’t folded. Just seemed very inadequate - The rooms aren’t very well soundproofed. We could hear the room next door playing loud music until 11pm. We were awake but not ideal for young families - One morning the lift was down which meant going down a set of very narrow stairs. This was ok for us but wouldn’t be a young family or elderly - The location is about a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower with a metro station a roughly 7 minute walk. My main concern was that it was very quiet which I felt quite uncomfortable with especially walking back home at night. This may be a good thing for some people however for myself personally I found this uncomfortable. - The air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to work. Not a major issue at the time of the year we went but it would be during the warmer summer months.

This has to be the best hotel experience I have ever had, from the beginning the level of service was exemplary. I arrived extremely early for check in but to my surprise the hotel was very accommodating and immediately worked on getting me into my room, total check in time and into room under 15 minutes talk about service! I had a few special requests upon arriving one of which was to have a bouquet of flowers delivered next day early morning and a special dinner at night. Evgenia immediately began working on it had my bouquet delivery and dinner reservations done in minutes wow! Throughout my stay the hotel staff went all above and beyond, Luiis ( sorry spelling your name wrong I’m sure) was another absolutely delightful representative he insured we experienced all of the beautiful sites and food that Paris has to offer, all in all every aspect of this hotel and its staff caters to ensuring your stay is pleasant and there are no asks that I think they will not try to fulfill, I even had an instance where I couldn’t find the remote for the TV ( I dropped it on the floor) called down and before I could locate it under the bed the staff was already knocking with a replacement!! How efficient is that? Again if you’re visiting Paris I would highly recommend this hotel it is all that I could have hoped for and more!
