We just returned from celebrating our 30 year anniversary and our stay at Hotel Notre Dame Saint Michel was absolutely one of the highlights of our stay! The suite was cozy but had more than enough room. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with hand and body soap, shampoo, facial tissue, complimentary water, tea and instant coffee, television and free wifi. Our view was incredible and the windows blocked much of the noise of the busy street below. A continental breakfast is served from 7am to 11am complete with coffee, tea, juice, yogurt and a delightful selection of pastries. It is 10 euros but only charged if you partake and there are loads of places nearby to get crepes or a sit down breakfast. The metro and trains are right outside your hotel so getting around couldn’t be easier.The staff is delightful, friendly, professional and always on the ball to solve any issues and answer any questions. They made our stay in Paris most enjoyable. If you want to experience living right in heart of the city, this place is must!

Perfect location, major attractions in walking distance. Seine boat hop on / hop off station just 2 min walk away. Cute boutique hotel. Rooms are a bit small but well equipped. Definitely recommend to book a room with Notre Dame views - you see the front of the Cathedrale that wasn't touched by the fires.

Unfriendly staff. Horrible location very dirty. The rooms are shabby NOT chic! Do not stay there. In response to owner. There was nothing you could do to satisfy us short of revamping your hotel so no point in complaining. Thank unfortunately there not other hotel rooms available anywhere else’s or we would have left. I love very old inns and stayed at many. They were well decorated and pleasant. The tax was only 7 euro that wasn’t an issue. To check out properly there must be someone there who actually communicates with the guests. Not sure what you mean by threats or our real intentions. Here are the facts, your hotel is not up to our standards. And I’m sure most would agree. Carpet on the walls and a carpet on the floor with a wood floor pattern is not tasteful. The room was so tiny and the stay was horrible. That’s our facts. You don’t have to agree at all. But this is the truth in regards to your hotel. I can not recommend that anyone stay there. They would definitely regret it.

Here are the negatives: -Toilet was not working and was not fixed upon request. -Shower head is poorly positioned so everytime you shower, they will be a puddle of water collected on the floor. -Poor soundproofing around the door and windows. Noisy area into late night, so we had trouble getting much sleep. -Tiny elevator, only accessible on top of two flights of stairs. - Giant creepy painting reproduction above the bed. -Velour on walls and flooring carpet gives the room a dusty and dirty feel. Service was ok otherwise, the location was very close to Notre Dame, and the shared washroom on the second floor was very clean.

I have to say, I did not know what to expect when we arrived at our hotel. It was crowded outside, but the hotel is a quiet, comfortable respite from the busy tourism outside your door. Our room is a gorgeous little French room, just perfect for a mother-daughter trip. Not only is the staff FABULOUS and incredibly friendly, but I believe this is the best location a tourist could ask for. You can walk to so many sights, I felt completely safe everywhere we went and we are 2 petite ladies. We walked for miles weaving in an out of the most picture perfect Parisian streets and avenues, all while loving every minute of our stay. I hope to come back again very soon. This is the best location and a perfect hotel. ❤️🌺
