Good value hotel in a quirky neighborhood. The room seemed newly renovated. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was limited, but that`s expected at this low price. The only complaint was some musty odor when entering the room. Once inside, it was barely noticeable anymore.

Stayed here in May of 2022. Our stay was nice, we had to change rooms because we found hairs on the toilet seat. the room was small, but nice. So was the bathroom. Tbh it is overpriced, but you're in Paris afterall. Kinda far away from tourist attractions and the metro station is not really close-by. Overall, our stay at the Arian Hotel was okay.

It was fairly good located, near the Chinese neighborhood and well connected to subway stations. The room was small, like any other place in Paris. The service was poor and the cleaning did not exist. Bathroom smell bad and had no basic toiletry.

Very very disappointed!!! The room is quite dirty and old. No elevator, we had to walk up and walk down for 6 floors for many times because they gave us the 6th floor without an elevator. There are a lot of insects lying in the lamp, very disgusting. We couldn't sleep all night because there are weird flies sting us, dangerous. I would like to ask the owner to do something about that. Not worth the money I paid.
