This hotel is a perfect Cannes base. Location is unbeatable, rates are competitive and the staff (Mathilde, Abdel, Pascal & team) are so friendly and polite. Loved the fireworks show from my balcony too! I would definitely stay here again - hopefully soon.

the position of the hotel was very flexible for us to go to the beach and to do shopping. It is located in the heart of the city so considering the position it is very comfortable! but the rooms are very tiny than we expected. this hotel is suitable for friends not for couples because the walls are very thin and you could hear even when you touch the skin! However everything was good until the last day, in the morning we asked a late check-out and they didn’t give us and we paid on arrival by cash but luckily my friend had noticed on her bank account that they took money again!! fortunately we were on time and we had 2 hours before our departure and then eventually we went to the hotel and immediately we explained everything but the receptionist was acting like he couldn’t understand english we were very frustrated and disappointed! however the amount per person was 76,60 euros and this person was acting like he didn’t know english at all! he continued to say “ 27euros?” we were very angry and I decided to write on a paper 🙄 anyways he gave us back the money 75,00 euros! but be really really careful with these kind of traps! they are very cunning!

How can you turn a 2 star hotel in something bigger can be shown here? The Waikiki team was welcoming us warmly and helping us during our stay here in Cannes at Mipim. Super central location. Nice typical french breakfast. Keep going and looking forward to the next Mipim to stay here again.
