The service was good, and the location was excellent for easy access to the city center. The room was spacious and the cleanliness is okay. However, the breakfast was disappointing, especially the non-veg menu. Though I might stay in this hotel later, I will never have breakfast from this hotel.

The hotel itself was decent, but I was disappointed by the service. I had requested them for drinking water, they told me to send someone downstairs and they'll give them money to go buy it themselves from the nearby grocery store. The restaurant service was also a letdown, breakfast was very primitive, and it almost seemed like they were serving old food. Overall, while there were positives, the service could use some improvements to match the potential of the hotel. Rooms were huge and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances. It was like a basic hotel apartment.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. All of the staff that cheked us in lied that the indoor pool & suana are working, and that was the only reason we paid for the stay. Later it turned out that nothing is working there and they blunty LIED to us at the check-in. When we demanded the refund, they refused. And after locked us out of the room because they didn't take a number from our marriage certificate and didn't do their proper documentation at the check-in. The manager of the hotel was lying through his teeth and was extremely rude. They not only LIED to us, they LOCKED US OUT OF OUR ROOM.

This Hotel was simple but nice. Elegance in regards of interior designs. Clean and good ambiance from reception to the rooms. The rooms were perfectly suitable for staying and relaxing, clean and complete conplimentary things. Affordable prices and good food. Good 4 Star HoteI loved their facilities. The receptionist was respectful, polite and welcoming. Good to take picture to the whole hotel.
