My wife and I stayed here for a little over a week while on vacation. The location could not be more perfect. It's a very short walk from the Milano Centrale station, and another short walk from two different metro stations. Its close to several very good restaurants, and a handful of convenient shops. The rooms are quite good, with all the amenities you would need. (Iron, laundry service, full bathroom, coffee maker, mini-bar) The bed is a bit too firm for my liking, but it was otherwise clean and had good pillows. I especially appreciate that they provide ample storage space in the bathrooms so you can actually keep out your toiletries and toothbrushes etc., without crowding the sink. Very few hotels do that in my experience. Service is very good, the front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room service staff are fast and professional. The room service food is okay, and a little pricey, but you can't beat the convenience. The food served for breakfast is actually very good, with a decent range of selections from fruit, to pastries, to proteins. The rooms are very, very quiet! I assume they use very good sound insulation in the walls and windows, since we never heard anything around us or outside the entire time we stayed there. We also liked that the windows have motorized blackout blinds that completely block out any light from outside. We were quite comfortable during our entire stay, and we would gladly come back the next time we are in Milan.

I chose this hotel as the first stop of our Italy visit because I was aiming for the creature comforts of home after an overnight flight. It did deliver in this aspect and hotel staff was kind, friendly and helpful. That being said…believe the reviews saying the rooms are small. I really thought I was getting a larger room based on the photos online of the room I selected, but the photos were NOT what we received in real life. The room was tiny, but what we needed. Bathroom was fairly large to my surprise. That being said, location was very central to the main subway system and made getting around quite easy. It was also safe and quiet. Breakfast options were plentiful, even if a little expensive. We tried finding a local breakfast place one morning and kind of struggled (maybe due to day of week) and ended up going back to the hotel just to have it there. The bartenders at night made great drinks. Overall a pleasant experience. We were there in April.

Lots of restaurants in the area and it’s close to public transit. The breakfast spread was delicious, but the vegan options were limited for my fiance. Pictures are deceiving and the room wasn’t as big as we thought it would be. Piero, the night shift manager was very nice and accommodating. Simone was amazing because she went out of her way to help my fiance figure out what she was able to eat. The standard rooms are on the smaller side though, so that’s something to note if you’re someone who likes to spread out like I do.

What a great experience my family had (and we are still having for another week) to have such an amazing combination of efficient staff who are there to help in every manner they possibly can. It all starts at the top and I want to congratulate and thank the General Manager Andrea for leading such a great team. Andrea's presence is constant throughout the hotel which is something that is rarely seen these days at management level. We are Sofitel members and stayed at this hotel for many years prior to the Hyatt purchasing it and when we returned Andrea made us feel at home and assured us the continued hospitality that we received prior would continue if not surpass what we had. I can 100% say that he has been true to his word and I cannot thank him and his team enough for making my families stay such a special one and one that they will not forget. Highly recommend this hotel for location, quiet rooms, a very healthy breakfast and warm and friendly staff which is a great way to start. We look forward to our next few days to relax before we complete our holiday in Italy. Keep up the great work. It would be great if all General Mangers would have the same enthusiasm as Andrea to make sure their clients were happy and looked after. Thank you is not enough.

My husband and I stayed here recently! Georgio was very helpful thank you so much for being very hospitable. The rooms were decent but not as big as the hyatts we are used to. The washroom had a bidet which was fantastic as well as a towel warmer these touches really helped boost the feel of the room. Overall not a whole lot of closet space but it was clean. The location isn’t the best for looks but it is nice for how close it is to the train station. If you’re looking for convenience I would suggest staying here but if it is for a honeymoon maybe not. The staff is excellent we had no complaints there! As a Hyatt I think maybe we expected a little more out of our room. Overall a clean nice place to stay!
