This was the best stay we had in Chicago. Very clean. We were put on floor 10 so the street noise wasn't bad at all. They do also give you a noise machine (like white noise n such) if you need it, conveniently right beside the bed, but I never needed it. Always slept like a baby. Service was amazing from receptionists and housekeepers - very attentive. Breakfast wasn't too terrible for it being included in the pricing - by this I mean many options were available just not what I normally gravitate towards. Location is a 4/5 because even though it is right in the center of everything you do still have to walk 10 minutes or so to get to the main train lines, which isn't too bad when it's not cold and windy. Because of the location, the only time I ever really used transportation was to and from the airport. Hyatt never disappoints!

The rooms have a pretty good size, we stayed in a double queen room and it also has a medium couch, a desk, TV, a dresser, wardrobe and spacious bathroom. It includes breakfast and it’s one of the best ones I’ve had in a hotel. The location is great, a couple blocks from both the magnificent mile and the river walk, I felt pretty safe walking around in the neighborhood, there’s many restaurants and bars close by. I really enjoyed staying here. The only thing I would say is that there’s only 2 elevators and sometimes you have to wait, but not for too long and for me is not such a big deal.

My recent stay at this hotel in Chicago was an absolutely delightful experience, one that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city. First and foremost, the breakfast was not just good, but exceptional, featuring a wide variety of options to start the day right. The highlight of the morning meals was the breakfast restaurant, where the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making each morning a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel was another major plus. Situated in the heart of the city, it was conveniently close to everything, with numerous restaurants just a 3-4 minute walk away. This made exploring the local cuisine and sights an easy and enjoyable task. The front desk deserves a special mention, especially Josef, who was particularly nice and helpful. His welcoming attitude and readiness to assist with any inquiries greatly enhanced our stay. Overall, I would not only recommend this hotel to others but am looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Chicago. It's a perfect blend of great service, excellent location, and comfortable accommodations.
