The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel lobby was cute and decorated with Christmas decor. My biggest complaint is how tiny the bathroom was. You gotta squeeze by to fit into the bathroom. Bad design. Other then that it was a comfortable stay.

The location is convenient for travel and the rooms are absurdly nice. I'm honestly impressed with the layout and overall cleanliness.. But this is one of the loudest place I've ever stayed. Anything and anyone in the hallways sounds like they're in your room. The whole building makes a weird noise. It sounds like a very loud dishwasher running in the next room. I thought it might be the room ac but it sounds like it's through the walls. Maybe rooftop central air? Dunno. Really making me wish I brought some noise cancelling headphones

It was my first time trying to use the online checkin and use the digital key. Online checkin worked great but the digital key didn’t work so I went to the front desk to get a key card and asked if I’m doing something wrong and the staff member said he didn’t know and he said the manager was too busy to help me. The room was clean and spacious but smelled musty. I’ve stayed at many Hyatts but this one did not meet my expectations.

We stayed here during the Harley-Davidson 120th anniversary. Great location to get to many of the area dealerships as well as the downtown activities. We had a king suite which was very nice. Room service was available every 3 days but housekeeping was great to offer towels whenever they saw us in the hallway. We had breakfast most days at the hotel. First day was order off the menu, last couple of days they had a buffet. Food was good no matter which we had. There was a small deck area just outside the conference rooms which we used to hang out several evenings. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Tried to use the business center computer but found it was asking for a password which the front desk wasn't able to help with. They said it's usually open access. Tried again the next day, found it still required a password. Different crew at the front desk but same "it shouldn't need a password". They did suggest using the computer on the 3rd floor but that required club level access which I didn't have. All in all it was a great stay.

Had a great experience staying here with family. We arrived late at night but our check in was smooth, front desk staff was very courteous. Rooms were spacious and clean, all we needed was a hot shower and comfortable beds after a long day of travel. Bath room and shower was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable that gave us a much needed sound sleep. Next morning we were surprised with a nice breakfast, all the options you needed were available. Something I liked about the rooms was the layout of the washroom as sink is outside which is good when two people are trying to get ready. Hotel’s location is also very convenient, close to highways and the area has lots of good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here during our next visit.
