5 star for the location. Right above the train station and right outside there is taxi , tram and bus station. Rooms were good, small though and breakfast was typical English breakfast. Suitable for business travellers, family who want to visit and roam around Göteborg and then need to catch the train.

It is a model hotel as they have done everything so well. The rooms are in good design. beds are extreamly comfortable which made you feel like home. The building itselt is very modern and well located in the centre. Hotel staffs are friendly with smile. I guess that it is one of the best hotel in sweden.

The location is great and right at the centre of the city, the breakfast is amazing and highly recommended. The staff are very helpful and friendly also. The rooms are also fine. However, the TV was outdated, and the room was a bit too warm. We tried to use the AC and did not work in our room but did it in the bathroom, which helped a little. Overall, it was a very nice experience. With a few updates to the rooms, the hotel would be exceptional.

1. Hospitality is poor . If you are local you might adjust but as travellers from outside the country you might need some sort of help-which is absolutely pathetic otherwise available is most of other hotels. 2. No basic toiletries ,neither guidance . 3. Room clean poor. Repeated reminder for clean with staff having no clue. 4. Same breakfast menu every day. 5. Staff not trained enough to handle international guest except swiping your card. Would not recommend.
