The hotel is nice, the room was very good with a nice view. Unfortunately, the service was not at the level at what we should expect. The concierge wasn't friendly and barely welcoming, the barman didn't know the recipes of the cocktails (took 30 min to do simple cocktails) and no chef in the kitchen. They weren't able to do a simple salad but a nice employee decided to cook the quinoa but a lot of ingredients were missing. Regarding the price of the night it was the worst service experience of our one week roadtrip, even the best western at Zion canyon was much better...

One of our best hotel experiences! The staff were so friendly and helpful (especially as we lost our car keys in the canyon). Such a nice bar (amazing bartenders) and they serve great food too. Free, hot breakfast. The backdrop views are the beautiful canyons and the location is centrally located to hiking, stores and restaurants in Page (we walked to a few). The rooms are so clean, spacious and nice and they clean them daily. I honestly have only positive things to say and the icing on the cake is the great price and no additional fees. Highly recommend!!!

We were greeted by a nice lady in the day. The rooms were clean. No firm pillows all fluffy unfortunately. Everything was well cleaned. The night lady felt like you were inconveniencing her to get help. There are so many beautiful photo opportunities in the back lawn area. Breakfast was good, eggs were weird and not a great texture.

Conveniently located near Antelope Canyon makes this place a great destination for tourists. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Ample parking space in front of hotel. Rooms are decent size, clean and smell free. I always feel safe with Hyatt whenever I book my travel. Will definitely recommend it if you’re planning a trip to antelopes for overnight stay, do book in advance as this place can get sold out fast.
