The Hyatt Regency Cape Town is one of the best hotels I've visited. Primarily because the service here is world class! The entire staff (front desk, doormen, security, concierge, house keepers, wait staff, managers, etc) is so wonderful and kind. The hotel has great view of Table Mountain, great food and drinks, and a nice pool. But the service was the biggest stand out. We will definitely stay here when we visit Cape Town in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at this wonderful property. From the very moment of being welcomed you are impressed with friendly, caring and professional staff. The property is beautifully appointed and the hotel is so clean! My room was thoughtfully put together and the standard room comes with a bath and a shower and a fridge in the room. I enjoyed the ambiance and good selection of food and the Starbucks coffee bar is a nice touch. The gym is clean and well stocked. As a single female traveller I felt very safe. I stayed for a week and used the conferencing facilities. Amazing attention to detail and fabulous service. Great value for money

Everything is superb here I would say. But I’m writing review for you because I have met the most random and interesting people staying in this hotel. I think it’s a funny and amazing treat staying a luxury hotel in Cape Town and found myself in the shoes of a bunch South African lawyer who is not shy to share his opinion on life hahahaha thank you for the experience.

SLICE OF HEAVEN - From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly. The reception area even has a red carpet, lots of little peacefull lounge areas and a stunning snack bar with Mocktails and open kitchen Malay themed halaal restaurant. Upstairs, The Urchin Restaurant is for very special times for special friends to impress. Huge giant conference rooms area i was so surprised. About the hotel rooms - well, each and every one is unique and exceptional. fine furnishings, excuisite bathrooms, all the extra trimmings. My fav place in the whole hotel, besides the amazing terrace overlooking the Bo Kaap with special Malay food treats on Saturdays. You have to see the pool terrace!! My Pina Colada was made with love. I never wanted to leave. Thank you Hyatt Regency for reminding me what REAL five star hospitality is all about. Every day of the week they have foodies specials, such as half price wood fired pizzas at the pool terrace on a Wednesday. Free shuttle to the waterfront also perfect compliment. It is a no brainer, just stay here.
