This hotel is located in a nice location with great views of the Table Mountain when you choose the rooms facing the mountain. It's easy even to walk to city centre within few minutes. It's not that attractive from the entrance as it's in the parking. Privacy isn't good as the lifts are facing the reception. Once you're inside, the service is excellent and the reception area is good. Although the rooms are small due to its price range, but the set-up is very good. They have big TVs, bar fridge, coffee making essentials, hairdryer. The rooms are serviced daily. Bath and shower available. Their restaurant is located on the ground floor and it's excellent, with an option to sit inside or outside. They serve A la Carte menu when it's not full, that menu is a bit pricey - it's a hotel after all. Their buffet is excellent. Overall, this is a great budget hotel with exceptional service all throughout. It's worth my visit again. (Nov. 2023)

The management and the frond desk personal are the best in the business. Being from Lesotho the team did all they could to find my family a beautiful view of Table Mountain. My wife and beautiful little Star were excited to get such a view. Then to top it off, my mistakes booking the room were solved by these beautiful souls who found the compassion to help me. I can tell the world that these people here are a symbol of shining light. For family with kids, you will not find a more suitable place as they have the proper toys and swimming gear we all know our kids want and others need. They even give you swimming towels so come down and get towels and hire towels are available for you.

We enjoyed the area. We took a nice walk to kloof Street to have a bite. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were so friendly, every single one of them. The hotel itself looks better in pictures, but not too bad either.

It was an absolute pleasure visiting and staying over. Staff went over and beyond on a minute notice to make my hubby's birthday morning special with a lovely plated dessert and having every come along to sing, made it very special. Thank you so much. They are also very interactive with the kids and keep them feeling special. I was a bit disappointed with the water heat in my room but all that was forgotten with the amazing service from the staff...

A really easy access and well situated hotel with modern feel, secure open or under building parking at far better prices than Mount Nelson. The General Manager Richard Keet is a fabulous ambassador and could not have gone further out of his way to be professional and welcome us. Staff at the lounge bar and ZEPI the restaurant are friendly but the ladies at front desk were fabulous.
