Super convenient for our early morning flight. Kids enjoyed the rooftop pool; unique experience. I enjoyed the fitness area. Restaurant was pricey for what you get. Great service all around. Comfy rooms; the accent lighting under the beds was a nice, helpful touch at night!

I booked an Atrium view with the intent of being able to use the balcony but upon arrival, all the balcony doors are permanently locked. This isn’t specified when booking the room. You can’t really see much if you’re not standing up. If the balcony doors won’t ever be used again, the hotel should really change the setup to just be floor to ceiling glass so you can still enjoy the atrium. I switched rooms to a runway view instead. On that side, the balcony’s are open and it was gorgeous! The food at the lobby bar was cold but decent, I ordered the trio appetizer (Thai chicken tenders, loaded fries and pretzel). I would still stay here again for the cleanliness, nice service and location.

Best airport hotel we've stayed at. Very nice rooms with extra features like a clock built into the bathroom mirror and automatic lights under the bed to light your path and an automatic nightlight in the bathroom. Nice rooftop pool. Room seemed dark until we found the lights on the bed. Excellent views, either of the planes or the Delta security lines. Entertaining either way. Definitely hope to return.

Due to a cancelled flight we had to make a last minute booking here. The staff were very helpful and accommodating given the lack of notice, and even let us checkout a little later than policy the next day. The rooms were good and clean, although the soundproofing (both from adjoining rooms and externally could have been better), and were reasonably well maintained. There is a small outside swimming pool and roof deck, which looked nice - unfortunately our luggage was on the plane, so we couldn't make use of it. We also ate in one of the hotel restaurants - where the service was good, and the prices reasonable considering the location. Hopefully we won't ever need to stay again - but if we did ever get a significant delay again would have no hesitation in staying here again.

I wish I remembered the young lady's name who checked us in. We had the worst experience with our airline, we were stuck in Orlando, and she just made our whole night. She was sweet, friendly and helpful. We ordered room service from the main restaurant. First, I ordered via text (which it states we can do on the television in the room). After some time without a response or acknowledgement of receipt, I called to order and was told that I should have called. Not the greatest ordering experience but not quite bad either. The food was a little expensive, however, we WERE in an airport and it all tasted phenomenal. Now let me tell you about the room. It was simple but perfect. Absolutely stunning views of the strip and the sunrise was so beautiful. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept in; and the shower was awesome! Perfect water pressure and the complimentary toiletries were so nice I was online looking to buy some for home. All in all, it was expensive but it truly was an amazing experience I won't be forgetting for a long time. Thank you Hyatt Regency!
